Check Out Toyota's Exciting New Changes for 2019

Toyota is keeping abreast of the latest trends, and making cars and crossovers that are more interesting and fun to drive. The 2019 Toyota RAV4 is a case in point. This year's RAV4 has an aggressive new design, with a low-sitting roof; chunky, unpainted fender flares; and bulky rearmost roof pillars that give it a clean, stylish look. But the RAV4 didn't just get a facelift for 2019, it also has an upgraded engine that's more powerful and fuel-efficient, a larger infotainment screen, and several new standard features, including Apple CarPlay, a Wi-Fi hot spot, traffic sign recognition, and driver drowsiness monitoring.

The Toyota Corolla didn't stand pat for 2019, either. It now comes in an exciting new hatchback model that's similar in style to the European Auris. The new hatchback has a lighter, wider stance, a refined chrome grille surround, and distinctive LED taillights. The 2019 Corolla hatchback also gained a peppier 168-horsepower engine with class-leading fuel economy, at 32 mpg in the city and 42 mpg on the highway. Inside, the new Corolla hatchback now comes standard with Apple Carplay, a pre-collision system, full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning with steering assist and road edge detection, automatic high beams, road sign assist, and lane tracing assist.

The Toyota Avalon was also fully redesigned for 2019. It now has a longer wheelbase with shorter overhangs and it sits lower. The new Avalon has sharp lines around its wheel wells and through its belt line. It also has a big, wide grille and an available decklid spoiler and progressive LED taillights for more visual pizzazz. The 2019 Toyota Avalon also has 33 more horsepower and gets slightly better gas mileage than the outgoing model. It now has more standard features, too, including blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert. Toyota is always improving their vehicles for the future, and the 2019 models are better than ever. Come to Thousand Oaks Toyota and experience the exciting new cars firsthand.
